Important! Dead Period

In the summer of 2024, the Visalia Unified School District (VUSD) implemented a Transfer Dead Period to allow schools and teachers ample time to prepare for the upcoming school year. During this period, no transfer requests of any kind are permitted.  Additionally, the student transfer request links on the VUSD website will be inaccessible, and paper transfer requests will not be accepted. This year the Transfer Dead Period will begin immediately following the transfer deadline of April 11th and will remain in effect until a date to be determined.  Once the Dead Period has concluded, VUSD will resume accepting transfer requests.  Thank you for your understanding.
